Fed.tech/About
About

We don’t learn your mission on your contract.

Fed.tech is an engineering company for federal missions. Our team has built at the scale of the largest technology companies in the world and inside the agencies that run national response.

20+ years across the private sector, big tech, and federal agencies.

That combination is the whole point. Commercial engineering organisations are fast and have no idea what the Stafford Act is. Traditional integrators know the regulations and deliver a prototype in eighteen months. Neither is good enough when a declaration is active.

We staff engagements with people who have done both: shipped at hyperscale, and sat in a Joint Field Office at 3 a.m. when the system everyone depends on is a spreadsheet that one person owns.

How we work

Four commitments we will put in a contract.

01

Senior people only

The people in the briefing are the people who do the work. No pyramid staffing, no junior bench learning on your program.

02

You own what we build

Code, infrastructure definitions, and documentation are yours. We write an exit plan at the start, not when the contract ends.

03

Evidence over assertion

Control statements, accessibility conformance, and model evaluation results are produced alongside delivery, not reconstructed at the end.

04

We will tell you no

If a requirement is unbuildable, a deadline is unrealistic, or a system should not be replaced, you hear it early rather than at the review.
